    I come to the role of Agency Business Consultant after being a successful Farmers Agent for the last 7 years. During my time with Farmers I maintained an A rated agency and a 4 on UQI. I earned the coveted Blue Vase and Toppers Club, and earned several other awards, including the New Business Award (75 P&C in a quarter) and Life Medallion (30 Life I&P in a year). I missed Championship by 1 policy which was actually written, but incorrectly bound by my producer. I built my agency from the ground up without bringing over a prior book. I engaged in event marketing and worked with Chambers of Commerce & networking organizations to form relationships with power partners, giving me a strong referral stream. Prior to starting my Farmers agency, I worked for Saturn working in the roles of sales, finance, and insurance for 11 years. I first obtained my insurance license in 1992. After 7 years I was itching for advancement, and being no higher to go, I sold my agency, and moved into the ABC role. When I sold, I had about 550 PIF and 2 licensed staff. I look forward to bringing my experience as a Farmers agent as well as networking experience to each and every one of you. To help each of you grow your agency to your fullest potential. To coach you, train you, and help you to the best of my ability.
